Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, all physicians are accepting new patients.
As a new patient, how soon can I get an appointment?
- For acute/urgent care needs we can schedule you within 1-2 days
- For non-urgent check-ups within 1 week
- Well Child exams, 1-2 weeks.
- Annual physical exams typically book 1-2 months out depending on the doctor
Are any of your doctors pediatricians or obstetricians?
No, however they all specialize in and are Board Certified Family Medicine physicians who see children. A few of our doctors also care for expectant mothers and will enjoy caring for you during your prenatal months and the delivery of your baby.
What insurance companies are you in Network with?
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Pacific Source
- United Healthcare
Do you accept New Medicare patients?
No, we are unable to see brand new Medicare patients. However, we are able to care for our established patients who become Medicare eligible.
Do you accept Tricare Insurance?
Unfortunately we are unable to see patients with Tricare Insurance although we do sincerely appreciate your military service.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We are currently not accepting new Medicaid patients unless you have been assigned to our clinic by the State of Montana and we have space available to accommodate.
Do you offer a discount for “self-pay” patients?
Not at this time.

What do I need to do to have my Medical Records transferred to your office?
Please see the “Forms” tab to print out the Medical Records Release form. Print, complete and send to the medical office you are requesting them from.
