Receptionist
The Bozeman Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated individual who would be dedicated to providing superior customer service to our patients. The job description includes all aspects of front desk responsibilities such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling payments, responding to medical records’ requests, etc. In addition, this position requires excellent skills in both written and verbal communication, time-management, organization, and attention to detail.
We are looking for an individual who is able to thrive within a very active and fast paced environment and yet respond calmly in stressful situations. Being able to prioritize work tasks and engage in multi-tasking is imperative.
The Bozeman Clinic is offering a full-time position with competitive wages based on experience. Medical reception experience is preferred but not required.

Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
The Bozeman Clinic, a well established Family Medicine Clinic, has a 4 days a week full-time position open for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and has duties and responsibilities related to patient care in the ambulatory clinic environment. The individual displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively with others and functions as a member of the healthcare team. The CMA/ RMA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the provider when performing clinical tasks during patient care. The CMA/RMA functions under the direct supervision of the clinic administrator for clerical and clinical data responsibilities, staff development, and orientation to policies and procedures. The applicant must demonstrate competency in skills related to the performance of patient care and/or clerical responsibilities and be able to demonstrates problem- solving skills as part of the team. The applicant must posses a basic knowledge of the Electronic Health Record and must be familiar with medical terminology.
